Terms and Conditions for Optional Tour Reservation
- All rates quoted
on the page are in US Currency and net inclusive of Government tax
& Service Charge and not commissionable
- All rate quoted on the
page are subject to change without notice and strictly valid when the
booking is made via Bali StarIsland Tour only
- All booking confirmations are subject to availability basis.
Cancellation and No Show Policy
- If the booking cancellation is made
within 24 hours before the service date , 50% of the total tour reserved
will be charged as a cancellation fee. (not valid for Yogyakarta Tour
and Lombok Tour booking )
- If the booking cancellation is made at
the same day of service date or the event of no show, a full (100%) of
the total tour reserved will be charged as a cancellation fee. (not
valid for Yogyakarta Tour and Lombok Tour booking)
- Cancellation and No Show Policy for
Yogyakarta Tour and Lombok Tour booking are subject to the page
accordingly. It was clear mentioned on the rate of each page, so please
visit the page and read thoroughly.
Once
you have submitted your reservation, it will be replied by Bali Tour To
Heaven, within 24 hours and please ensure you write the correct e-mail
address at the space above. If you have not received any answer after 24
